Concert halls are extremely special spaces. Parameters such as reverberation time, transmission or absorption of sound must be put in phase as physically measurable quantities: the hall itself becomes an instrument on which the musicians play.

'Without inner fire, without physical energy, this profession would be unthinkable,' according to Riccardo Chailly, in whose style of conducting accuracy and elegance are unforgettably united with an inexhaustible temperament. This is clear in this portrait of the Italian maestro, which accompanies him working with the Leipzig Gewandhaus Orchestra, at La Scala in Milan, and in rehearsals for La Boh me at the Palau de les Arts Reina Sofía in Valencia.

Sadeh 21 Choreography, Ohad Naharin Lights and scenography, Avi Yona Bueno (Bambi) Music, Maxim Waratt Costume, Ariel Cohen Video surtitling, Raz Friedman With Batsheva - The young Ensemble Ohad Naharin The Young Ensemble is a nursery for young performers coming from the four corners of the globe, some of whom will go on to swell the ranks of the Batsheva Danse Company. But as far as Ohad Naharin is concerned, it is also and above all a class of excellence: the proof through Sadeh21, one of the major pieces of the Batsheva 's repertoire. Created by Ohad Naharin in collaboration with his dancers, Sadeh21 shows movement in its simple nakedness. Dance, with slowing down effects and sudden accelerations takes on the look of a quasi cinematographic odyssey: 'a journey by body'.Sadeh21in the end turns out to be one of the most endearing pieces amongst those by Maestro Naharin. Speaking of experience 'Radiating and radioactive, dangerous and exciting', the artistic director of the Batsheva gets it right. Everything in Sadeh21 is exceptional. To the point that this choreography, acclaimed from its beginnings, plunges the spectator into a unique emotional state. An effect of pleasure and addiction are guaranteed. Recorded on October 21, 2018 at Chaillot - Théâtre national de la Danse TV Director, Tommy Pascal

Erik Truffaz Quartet feat. Rokia Traoré Erik Truffaz, trumpet Rokia Traoré, song Benoît Corboz, claviers Marcello Giuliani, bass Arthur Hnatek, drum kit Is it still necessary to present him A Slender figure, straight hair with a white beard, Erik Truffaz has marked the history of European jazz with at least two albums: The Dawn and Bending New Corners. Hip-hop, jungle rhythms and a timbre similar to that of Miles Davis: a cocktail that you just can't get enough of. The Swiss trumpet player, who has often taken an interest in non-western music, is making a comeback today - after a series of more pop style records with various singers including Sophie Hunger - this time with a new recording which is looking towards Africa: Doni Doni. Clearly in love with women's voices, he has invited Malian singer Rokia Traoré into the studio, who will of course be there for this stylistically very open-minded evening. Recorded on Sptember, 2016 at the Festival Jazz la Villette TV Director, Giuseppe De Vecchi

Hindi Zahra et Fatoumata Diawara Olympic Café Tour Banlieues Bleues Festival Hindi Zahra, voice Fatoumata Diawara, voice, guitar Yacouba Kone, guitar, keyboards, Sekou Bah, bass Zé Luis Nascimento, drums This new production celebrates a friendship born ten years ago far from the limelight, when these two singers first shared the stage. That was in the early 2000's, before success came. At the time, Hindi Zahra and Fatoumata Diawara often appeared at the Olympic Café, a classic venue for new music, in the Paris district of 'La Goutte d'Or'. The two singers soon made a name for themselves, building bridges between cultures and making modern Africa shine in the world. Today, they revisit their early days, their friendship bringing together inventive folk music and soul. Recorded on 2017 19th March at the Pôle musical d'Orgemont, Epinay-sur-Seine, as part of the 'Banlieues Bleues' Festival TV Director, Laurent Hasse
